Webjet x Cheesess Promotion

Terms & Conditions

1.   Redemption method: Webjet HK will inform customer by phone call after flight booking confirmation in 7 days; customer is required to choose the specific Cheesess Stores for cake redemption. Webjet HK will then send customer a redemption letter through email. Customer is required to call Cheesess and make reservation 3 days in advance and bring along the redemption letter to specific Cheesess store for pick up.

2.   Redemption Period: From June 1 to August 31 2012, customer can redeem the cake at the following two Cheesess stores, details are as below:

3.    All the privileges are only applicable to any successful booking in Webjet.com.hk for two or more round-trip adult air ticket. Child, infant and Low cost carrier air tickets (e.g. Jetstar) are not applicable for this promotion.

4.    Each booking (no matter the number of air ticket purchased is more than 2 such as 4 or 6 air tickets purchased within one booking) only redeem a maximum of ONE cheese cake during the promotion period.

5.   Customer entitled to receive a free specific-flavored Cheese cake (small size) from Cheesess, cake size and flavor cannot be changed, details are as follow:

Purchase round trip air ticket to Japan: Free Kyoto Raspberry Cheesecake

Purchase round trip air ticket to Seoul: Free Seoul Yuzu Cheesecake

Purchase round trip air ticket to USA/Canada: Free New York Cheesecake

Purchase round trip air ticket to Europe: Free London Early Grey Cheesecake

Purchase round trip air ticket to other countries: Free Rio De Janeiro Blueberry cheesecake

6.   This promotion is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotion offers by Webjet HK during the aforesaid period.

7.   Webjet HK reserves the right to debit the value of gift (HK$138) from the customers' credit card directly if the related transaction of the flight booking is cancelled and/or refunded.

8.   Webjet HK is solely responsible for reselling and provision of air ticket(s) and related services, consultations and advice offered to customers in regard to the use of air ticket(s). Webjet HK will not be responsible for any consequences of using these air ticket(s) including but not limited to their validity, accuracy and quality.

9.   The gift cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit or any other items.

10.  Webjet reserves the right to suspend, amend or modify any of these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability. In case of any dispute, the decision of Webjet shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

11.  In case of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
