有關條款及細則等詳情如下:
1. 於推廣期間(即日至2012年12月15日)，凡購買指定英國航空成人來回香港至倫敦，即可免費獲贈希斯路列車快線來回車票乙張。
2. 於上述推廣日期，凡購買指定英國航空成人來回機票到以下其他歐洲國家，包括-奧地利、比利時、克羅地亞、捷克、丹麥、法國、德國、匈牙利、愛爾蘭、意大利、盧森堡、荷蘭、挪威、葡萄牙、波蘭、西班牙、瑞典、瑞士及英國其他城市包括鴨巴甸、愛丁堡、曼徹斯特、格拉斯哥、紐卡素和澤西機票，均可獲贈價值$450百佳現金券。
3. 符合禮品換領要求，客人必須購買以下指定時段及指定價格的機票:

4. 希斯路列車快線來回車票會以電子車票形式發出。於機票預訂及確認後7天內，Webjet HK會以電郵通知客人，客人需要以電郵回覆並確認其電郵地址和同意相關之條款及細則。Webjet HK收到回覆後，會於21工作天內以電郵方式把希斯路列車快線的電子車票發送到指定的電郵地址。
5. 如換領百佳現金券之客人，於機票預訂及確認後14天內，Webjet HK會發出換領信，客人必須攜帶此換領信於觀塘 Webjet HK 辦公室換領禮品。
6. 如取消已訂購之來回機票，Webjet HK 有權按所送出的希斯路列車快線車票(HK$460)和百佳現金券(HK$450)的價值從客戶信用卡內直接扣除。
7. 希斯路列車快線的電子車票是可以轉讓的。無論持票人和車票上列印的名字不相符，車票仍是有效的。希斯路列車快線來回車票有效期為6個月，由使用當日計起至回程有效期為1個月。有關詳情，請瀏覽：www.heathrowexpress.com
8. 受希斯路列車快線車票的條款及細則約束。車票只限指定的車站，只可來回倫敦希斯路機場和倫敦Paddington火車站乙次。這張車票由使用當日起30天內有效，並受“車票發出的條件”限制（https://www.heathrowexpress.com/faqs）。車票一經確認及發出，絕不能退換。
9. 所有「禮品」數量有限，送完即上。
10. 此優惠不可與其他優惠一同使用。
11. Webjet HK 只提供所有與機票有關之產品、希斯路列車快線的電子車票、百佳現金券、服務、諮詢及建議予客戶。Webjet HK 並非該等產品之供應商，並在任何情況下均毋須就產品供應商所提供之產品或對於使用其產品所構成之後果(包括但不限於其有效性、準確性或產品質素) 負上任何責任。
12. 所有「禮品」均不得兌換現金或其他禮品，並受其供應商所訂定之條款及細則規限。
13. Webjet HK 有權隨時更改條款及細則及/或修訂或終止上述一切優惠之權利，而毋須另行通知。
14. 若有任何爭議，Webjet HK 保留最終決定權。
15. 本條款及細則之英、中文版本如有任何差別，一概以英文版本為準。
Terms and Conditions (「飛凡優惠」)
1. During the promotion period (now till Dec 15, 2012), customers are entitled to get one set of free Round Trip Heathrow Express Ticket for the purchase of a Round-Trip Adult British Airways air-ticket to London.
2. Customers are entitled to get Free PARKnSHOP Cash Coupon (worth $450) for the purchase of a Round-Trip Adult British Airways air-ticket to the following European countries – Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Poland, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland and other cities in British including Aberdeen, Edinburgh, Manchester, Glasgow, New Castle and Jersey .
3. To entitle for the gift, customers have to purchase a specific fare price ticket within a specific time period as follows:

Low Season Travelling Period: Now till 17 June 2012 and 1 October to 31 December 2012

4. An e-ticket of the Round Trip Heathrow Express ticket will be issued. Webjet HK will send a notification email to customers in regard to the redemption of Round Trip Heathrow Express ticket after completing the purchase of a round-trip air ticket within 7 days. Customers will be requested to confirm the email address and agree the terms and condition by returning email. The Heathrow Express e-ticket will be delivered within 21 working days by email.
5. For redemption of PARKnSHOPcash coupon, customers are required to collect in person at Webjet HK office located at Kwun Tong. Webjet HK customer service staff will contact customers for collection after the air ticket booking are confirmed within 14 days.
6. Webjet HK reserves the right to debit the value of all delivered Heathrow Express Ticket(s) (HK$460) and PARKnSHOPcash coupon (HK$450) if the related transaction of the round-trip air-ticket(s) is cancelled or refunded.
7. Heathrow Express E-tickets are fully transferrable. The ticket is valid for use by the ticket holder regardless of the name printed. Heathrow Express Round Trip tickets are valid for 6 months and once the outbound journey is commenced, the return or inbound journey is valid for one calendar month. 8. Heathrow Express Ticket terms and conditions apply. The Ticket is station-specific and can be used for 1 return journey on the Heathrow Express between Heathrow Airport and London Paddington train and underground station. This ticket is valid for 30 days from date of use and is subject to the “Conditions of Issue of Tickets” (https://www.heathrowexpress.com/faqs). No replacement of the Ticket can be made once issued and delivered.
9.The provision of the gift is on first-come first-serve basis while stock lasts.
10.This promotion is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotion offers by Webjet HK during the aforesaid period.
11. Webjet HK is solely responsible for reselling and provision of air ticket(s), related services, consultations and advice offered to customers in regard to the use of air ticket(s) and the redemption of round trip Heathrow Express ticket(s). Instead Webjet HK is not responsible for any consequences of using these air ticket(s), Heathrow Express ticket(s) and PARKnSHOPcash coupon including but not limited to their validity, accuracy and quality. Webjet HK is not the provider of any of these products and/or services herein and makes no representation or warranty in relation to the same.
12. All gifts cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit or any other items. All gifts are subject to further terms and conditions as stipulated by the supplier.
13.Webjet HK reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
14.Should any dispute arise, the decision of Webjet HK shall be final.
15.In case of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
