Webjet & agnès b. DÉLICES

Terms & Conditions

1.   Redemption method: Webjet HK will inform customer by email after flight booking confirmation in 7 days; customer is required to choose the specific agnès b. DÉLICES shops for chocolate redemption. Webjet HK will then send customer a redemption letter through normal post. Customer is required to bring along the redemption letter to specific agnès b. DÉLICES shop for pick up.

2.   Redemption Period: From August 24 to November 07 2012, customer can redeem the chocolate at the following two agnès b. DÉLICES shops, details are as below:

K11

G28, K11, 18 Hanoi Rd, TST, KLN.

3.     Customer has to provide correct address for mailing redemption letter purpose. Webjet HK shall not be responsible for any mail loss.

4.    All the privileges are only applicable to any successful booking in Webjet.com.hk for two or more round-trip adult air tickets. Child and infant tickets are not applicable for this promotion.

5.    The chocolate gift box set only can be redeemed with the original copy of redemption letter issued by Webjet HK via normal post. Any photocopy of redemption letter is not accepted.

6.    Each booking (no matter the number of air ticket purchased is more than 2 such as 4 or 6 air tickets purchased within one booking) only redeem a maximum of ONE agnès b. DÉLICES Praline Box Set of 9 Pieces during the promotion period.

7.   Customer entitled to receive a free agnès b. DÉLICES Praline Box Set of 9 Pieces - 24 flavoured choices.

8.   This promotion is not applicable in conjunction with any other promotion offers by Webjet HK during the aforesaid period.

9.   Webjet HK reserves the right to debit the value of gift (HK$170) from the customers' credit card directly if the related transaction of the flight booking is cancelled and/or refunded.

10.   Webjet HK is solely responsible for reselling and provision of air ticket(s) and related services, consultations and advice offered to customers in regard to the use of air ticket(s). Webjet HK will not be responsible for any consequences of using these air ticket(s) including but not limited to their validity, accuracy and quality.

11.   The gift cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit or any other items.

12.  Webjet reserves the right to suspend, amend or modify any of these terms and conditions at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability. In case of any dispute, the decision of Webjet shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

13.  In case of inconsistency between English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
